After several months of hard work, we are happy to introduce today the new version of our online training, meetings and events platform. We try hard to listen to all of your requests and feedback on how to improve, and that’s why we think you are really going to like WWC 5.0.

Here are some of the most important new features:

A new, super simplified, clean and automatic prerequistes check and peripherals configuration (webcam, mic, etc.). Not only is now easier and faster to get inside the room, but WWC will remember your previous configuration so you don’t have to setup again.

A new configuration window inside the room makes it easier to test and change webcams and microphones.

Now the presenters can give any participant the right to upload and navigate documents on the whiteboard, in addition to write and draw on top

A “Fit to screen” option for documents on the whiteboard. This comes particularly handy on netbooks and smaller screens, or if you want to share a high-resolution picture that does not fit entirely on your screen.

We’ve improved the overall quality and processing time of the recordings. Also, we’ll notify you by e-mail when a new recording of your meetings is ready! You can now upload and share mp3 audio files, to listen with all the people inside the virtual room.
