It is not possible to schedule two meetings at the same date and time, since after scheduling the first one the room will be considered occupied for that specific date and time.

You can do this by having two different accounts and hold the meetings in two separate virtual rooms.

Invite people

No, only your account is needed. You share the hyperlink, they click and join the meeting.
After you schedule a private meeting, select it and click on the button "invite people". You will see buttons for presenters and attendees. Click on the buttons and type in the email addresses of the people you wish to invite. An automatic email will be sent to each with the access link and private code.
Yes, as long as the meeting is public, you can post and share the link on Facebook, Twitter, MSN or wherever.

Presenters are in charge of the virtual room. They assign permissions to attendees (for audio, video of whiteboard), they can record the meeting, share their screen, upload and share documents as well as enable or disable the chat room.

Attendees can only share audio and video when enabled by a presenter. However they can use the private chat if they wish.

Audio y Video

Adobe Flash Player's version 11.2 has some known issues regarding transmission and reception of live audio. Since this platform is basic for Wormhole Web Conference you may experience noise or interference over the regular audio streams. Adobe, the developers of Flash, have already taken action in this matter and have promised to release a patch very soon, since this problem is affecting thousands of applications worldwide. Unfortunately this situation is beyond our direct control, since it depends on a third party, therefore we suggest, as a temporal fix:

Manually update your Flash Player to version 11.3 Beta.
