It is not possible to schedule two meetings at the same date and time, since after scheduling the first one the room will be considered occupied for that specific date and time.

After you schedule a private meeting, select it and click on the button "invite people". You will see buttons for presenters and attendees. Presenters are in charge of the virtual room. They assign permissions to attendees (for audio, video of whiteboard), they can record the meeting, share their screen, upload and share documents as well as enable or disable the chat room.

Attendees can only share audio and video when enabled by a presenter. However they can use the private chat if they wish.

The virtual whiteboard does not suppot powerpoint animation just yet. However you can share your desktop and open the powerpoint file locally.

To record the meeting you must enter the virtual room, and click on the REC icon in the top toolbar. You should see a red dot blinking to indicate the recording is in progress. In the management area select the meeting and click on the View Recordings button. The recordings will become available after they have been processed, that may take up to 48 hs.

That is because there are no recordings to see. If you have recorded a session and the button is still unavailable it means that the recording is still being processed.

Yes, once you have the recording, you can download it and do with it as you please, share it on Facebook, upload to YouTube.. You can even upload it to be shared as a video on a new session in the virtual room.
